FAQs – Shipping & Delivery

A selection of Frequently Asked Questions relating to Shipping and Delivery of product bought through The Lubrication Store. If you cannot find answers to your questions below, please get in touch.

How long does it take to ship my products?

We will always endeavour to ship products as quickly as we possibly can. The shipping time does however depend on several factors including your location, availability of the product and the shipping service used.

Here is a general overview of our process:

  • Processing Time: once your order is placed, our team will process it promptly and advise of the expected lead time.
  • Shipping Service: we offer various shipping services depending on your specific requirements. Within the UK we can offer a standard economy service for stocked items or if required a next day service can potentially be arranged. For many of the goods we are selling globally, we can offer an ex-works basis and will advise expected lead time for the product being available for collection.
  • Delivery Time: typically for products that are in stock, delivery lead time is around 3-5 working days (UK only). For goods that are not in stock we will advise an approximate date of availability and contact you when the goods arrived into stock.
  • Delivery Exceptions: please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, carrier delays or other expected events. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays and ensure your delivery reaches you as quickly as possible.

How much does it cost to deliver my order?

The cost for delivery depends on a number of factors such as size of order, delivery location and service requested. Some larger deliveries incur no additional charge if delivered to mainland UK and are over a certain volume threshold. For all orders and enquiries, our Customer Service team will be able to confirm the cost based on the above.

Can you support us with paperwork required for export?

Our team of experts are here to help make the export process as smooth as possible and will provide support with documents such as Certificates of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.

There may be a documentation fee which will be advised at time of order or enquiry.

Do you deliver internationally or UK only?

We deliver all across the UK but can also provide ex-works pricing should you wish to arrange collection from our various locations. Alternatively we can provide pricing for shipping to most locations around the world.
