Description
Cut-Max T400 from Quaker Houghton is a chlorine-free low viscosity. clear amber neat oil formulated with specially selected refined mineral oils blended with extreme pressure, anti wear and lubricity additives. Cut-Max T400 is specially formulated for difficult gun drilling operations.
Cut-Max T400 is the ideal oil for machine shops specialising in deep hole drilling using a variety of machines and materials. Special additives ensure good cutting edge life and prevent pick-up and wear on carbide guide pads. Product is suitable for drilling diameters of 6-30mm.
Typical applications include drilling of fuel injection pumps and steering racks with TBT equipment. Cut-Max T400 is also suitable for aerospace and ordnance industries for the deep drilling of hard metals, inconel, and titanium.
Cut-Max T400 contains active sulphur and is not recommended for use with copper alloys.
