Description
The Viper Mid MKII is a fast and effective lubrication of wire ropes with a diameter between 6mm to 67mm. The Viper Mid MKII lubricates ropes at up to 2000m/h. Recommended for use with Wharf Cranes, Ship Cranes, ROV Cables, Mind Winders, Mobile Cranes, Oil & Gas Platforms, Anchor Ropes, Deck Winches, Overhead Cranes and Ship Loaders. The Viper Wire Rope Lubricator provides grease penetration, moisture displacement and total coverage by forcing lubricant into the core of the rope. Light weight, alloy lubricating collar / shoulder strap to carry collar
High pressure / high volume – 45:1 pump
Air service unit with gauge and air isolation ball valve
1 metre of clear hose for excess lubricant return to drum
4 metre x 1/2″ high pressure hydraulic hose, with quick connect couplings
High pressure grease flow control valve
2 x 2 metre rachet straps rated at 500kg each c/w 4 x bow shackles
Aluminium storage case fitted with stainless steel hardware
